Guideline for digitalization & process management
Process management is a hot topic in many companies, because it also forms the basis for the digitalization (process definition, modeling & execution, process mining) & automation (RPA – Robot Process Automation, Power Automate) of processes.
The employees of CICERO CONSULTING have already gained extensive experience in this area. However, it became apparent that the often very theoretical approaches in the literature are not practicable. Together with OQS & DQS, we have therefore written down our ideas in a guideline.
